best weekend ever.

this is a week late. but i don't care. 

because there were far too many great things that happened to not document it.

our bff reunion. 

love them so much.

i picked up "life" from my house.

and we actually played it. [as fun as ever.]

kelsy came for a visit and we read all of our old letters.

and laughed a lot. a lot, a lot.

and we went to dairy queen for pumpkin shakes.

saturday morning was the homecoming parade.

that we watched from our window. in our pajamas.

and derek made chocolate chip pancakes.

and i also picked up the nintendo 64 from my house 

so i got a kick out of playing "mario party" while everyone else watched. ha.

that afternoon we ran errands.

like to macey's where they had one of those free make up bags but the thing i wanted was 50 cents short. 

so i debated about it for far too long.

then, we mostly just hung out.  which rocked.

that night it was "book on tapeworm" cd release night.

[the moment we've all been waiting for.]

previous roommate ciera is their cellist and is AMAZING.

so other previous roommates lindy and whoopie joined me in the fun.

and fun we had.

plus, the set up was incredible.

after that we had apples dipped in carmel, popcorn,

and watched "tangled". my favorite.

sunday we saw my family. 

and if you don't know them, you should, because my parents are hilarious people.

it really was just the best weekend ever.
