celebrated the first day of summer at the pool.
an ikea excursion, with new friends made.
teaching relief society.
getting the baby's room all painted.
dinner with the crockett's. [who we haven't seen in years!]
laundry dates with emily and eli.
ordering the most gigantic pillow ever.  [we need a bigger bed.]
super successful outing to the hospital "baby shower" where emily and i both won car seats.
dinner at the lemich's.
olympic trials.  [i've always secretly wanted to be in the olympics.]
running out of peanut butter.  tragic.
missing my family real bad kind of a night.
staying indoors and pajamas until noon.

afternoon thunderstorms.
getting to know lots of new people.
gatherings at the pool.
too much online shopping.
post-lunch nap time.
nba finals parties.
treats with the orme's.
figuring out that insurance.
getting my steps in by walking around target.
family phone calls.
trying new food, new stores, new roads.  new everything.
another day, another box to unpack.
and a peeling sunburn.

we're happy and know this is where we're supposed to be.
