this year i decided i would become this awesome cook.  try all the recipes.  i sliced open two fingers in two consecutive days.  [at least i'm trying?]  #i majored in home ec

the best part about texas is spring.  i mean, did we even have winter?  the worst part.  there are already bugs.  and snakes.  i hate both of them. 

remember how in high school we watched nacho libre every friday night?  

i'm still obsessed with my dining room. 

new young women's calling.  chaperoning that stake dance brought back every awkward teenage moment i ever had.  plus, this.  i still love justin bieber.

another car.  yes, that's 9 in five years.  we basically own a small car dealership. 

totally still stressing about making blog books.  blurb, why did you have to break my heart?

i'm doing my own project runway.  because i'm determined to have clothes that i like/ fit/ all the florals.

annnnnnd the baby's awake.  okay, bye.

i used to hate having a winter birthday.

and then i moved to texas.

it's always been my favorite number.
it's been four months since bringing her home.
i think it's been my favorite part of this mom life so far.
i finally am beginning to feel like "me" again.

i feel like i'm over the biggest part of the adjustment.  whew.
i love that she is getting so silly and fun.
i like that are days are starting to get into a routine.
i enjoy being able to leave the house without it feeling [completely] like an olympic event.
i love this four.
