first snow.

the snow came late this year. [and i loved every second of that extended fall.]
but here's the reasons i loved the first snow today:
i can now drink all the hot chocolate.
it justifies my sweatpants as soon as i get home from work.
wrapping christmas presents, because snow means christmas right?!
it didn't snow until november.
boots and scarves and snow hats.
the fascination of snow really brings out the scientist in me.
books and blankets.
oh yeah, did i mention it almost being christmas?
