selfies.

in one of my classes we talk about self-concept, self-esteem, personalities, etc.  so this week i decided to change my lesson last minute.  i showed my students the newest dove campaign commercial, "selfies".  then, in the middle of class, i made them all take a selfie.  it was a fantastic moment.  you know that look of "are you serious right now?"  yes, yes i am.  they were required to "turn in" their selfies to me.  i put them on a powerpoint and all the students wrote nice comments about each other.  including me.  i then challenged them to do a little experiment and post their seflie and just see what happened.  

so, i'm taking myself up on my own challenge.  here is my selfie.  let it be seen by the world.
