marlee and i used to have these talks about how we wish we could take mental pictures and be creating a scrapbook in heaven. you know, those moments that just seem so perfect that you want to take a picture in your mind and never, ever forget. it was that moment we sat on the hill behind the church and overlooked provo and just talked.

this week i've had some more of those moments. like yesterday, eating mcdonalds in the park with bff kayla. and sitting on her living room couch for hours enjoying the [last] carefree days of summer. laughing and chatting and looking at her cute belly.

or the surprise visit from momma redford, and the moment she walked into zuppas and gave me a great big hug. and a bag full of teaching supplies. then, her and my parents and derek and deon all came to help in my classroom. at 8 pm on a monday for family night. and you should have seen us all working away to put up the finishing touches. coloring, and microphone testing, and watching karen's mad stapling skills. and laughing hysterically. and realizing again, we truly are meant to be family.
Awe, that's a cute concept. "Moments of Perfection," I like it!
