i snuck in the MTC last week [not really]
and decided i deserved my picture by the famous map wall.
[really, i was just lucky enough to be in a play with derek for work.]
maybe i'm not out there serving full-time,
but i'm right here, where i've been planted,
trying to serve my little heart out.
somedays are better than others.
but i'm still here, serving my God.
everyone is a missionary and you my dear are a great one, that i know for sure.
ReplyDeleteI am grateful you wrote this. I love it and I wholeheartedly agree with Kylee's comment. I told one of my missionary friends in a letter a while ago that I felt like I am constantly judged for not serving a mission and he wrote to me in a letter this week, "It's all about what the members to do help people become converted. Remember that always. You play a huge role in missionary work, wherever you are...a talk with a good friend can do more to teach the Gospel than us missionaries can do at times." I loved that and I hope you remember that. You are awesome, Ashley!!
