one day, when i'm president or something...
there will be one place to fill out job applications.
and everyone can look at that one place,
[or maybe just look at my resume even]
so i don't have to tell you my work experience.
a million times.
one day, when i own byu or something...
the school of education is getting an overhaul.
or some very specific training.
one day, when i'm a real life teacher or something....
maybe all this hard work will seem worth it.
then again, maybe not. ha.
one day, when i'm an interviewer or something...
i'll actually smile at people.
one day, when i'm a mom or something...
spring break will be filled with fun.
and not job applications.

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel about job applications. Where are you applying? Also, you may or may not think all this work is worth it when you are a teacher ;) or, just don't feel bad if you don't wake up every day excited to spend the day with teenagers. It's okay to not like being a teacher sometimes. I had to wake up and realize that because I felt like I was alone or weird for not loving it all the time. Haha. End of my mini rant.
